This Fall stir up some goodness with a pot of hearty chowder or not so traditional soup. Learn to make "from scratch" stock, the key to delicious favorites. This class will offer wholesome recipes and creative ideas for one-dish meals for the cool months ahead.

Chef Renee Weir-Fontes is  Author of “Cook like a Caterer, Party Sized Recipes for Entertaining” Renee and her husband Richard are an event design and planning team for their own business, "Fresh Ideas Event Services", Renee enjoys working as a catering chef, consultant, and cooking class instructor. 
Renee and Richard also work as designers for trade shows and travel extensively setting show room displays. Traveling offers an opportunity to try great food from across the nation. She loves writing about food and creating new recipes to share. Most recipes can be found in her easy to use party sized recipe book.
